Jeremy White serves as President of Mid-South Construction Services, bringing years of hands-on construction and leadership experience to the company. As a fourth-generation tradesman and Master Plumber, Jeremy has built his career around quality workmanship, strong leadership, and a commitment to doing things the right way. He oversees company operations, project development, client relationships, and field execution while working to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and with excellence.
Jeremy began his career in the trades in 2003 as an apprentice and has continued to grow through real-world experience, technical training, and leadership development. He is passionate about building strong teams, creating opportunities for others to grow, and maintaining a company culture built on integrity, accountability, and hard work. Outside of his professional responsibilities, Jeremy enjoys spending time with his family, snowboarding, boating, and coaching and mentoring young athletes.

Katie White has been working with Mid-South Construction Services since 2006 and serves in ownership as the company’s Chief Financial Officer. She plays a vital role in overseeing all financial operations across the business and is known for her strong business insight, leadership, and organizational excellence. Her dedication helps ensure the company operates with integrity, stability, and long-term vision.
Beyond her professional role, Katie is deeply passionate about her faith and family. She enjoys spending time at the lake, reading, antiquing, playing pickleball, and investing in the lives of other women through leadership and ministry.



Zachary Malone serves as Vice President of Mid-South Construction Services, where he oversees estimating, operations strategy, and project execution. With 17 years of construction experience and six years helping lead the General Construction’s growth, Zachary brings a strong background in structural steel, concrete, and pre-engineered building projects. He is focused on building disciplined processes, developing field leadership, and delivering organized, high-performance results for clients.
Zach enjoys traveling with his wife, raising their children, farming, and ministry.

Kevin McAlpin is the Plumbing Division Manager at Mid-South Plumbing, where he has worked since 2017. He oversees daily operations and team coordination to ensure quality service on every job.
In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family and being outdoors.



Matthew Ross has been with Mid-South Construction Services for 3 years and serves as the Fabrication Division Manager. With 10 years of experience in metalworking and welding, his main focus is quoting and drawing the projects the company works on.
Matthew has a wide range of construction experience, from residential to commercial work, with skills ranging from cabinetmaking to electrical work. His diverse background helps him bring practical knowledge and attention to detail to every project.
As a Christian, Matthew says MSC has been an incredible place to work because so much of the day-to-day work involves or reflects parts of his walk with Christ. He also values the leadership team and their willingness to continue learning, growing, and exploring new ideas.
Matthew moved to Tennessee in 2017 to marry his wife, and together they have three wonderful almost-teenagers. He takes great pride in his family and in the work he does at Mid-South Construction Services.

Stephen Lazar has been with Mid-South Construction for nearly four years and currently serves as Senior Project Manager. In his role, Stephen oversees projects from planning through completion, ensuring quality, efficiency, and strong communication across teams. His leadership, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering results have made him a valuable part of the Mid South team.
Outside of work, Stephen enjoys spending time outdoors, taking advantage of every opportunity to recharge and stay active.



Caleb Caradine has been with Mid-South Construction Services since 2018 and serves as a Foreman and Estimator. He oversees and coordinates projects while helping make sure jobs are completed efficiently and meet customer expectations. Caleb also brings 8 years of plumbing experience to the team.
One of Caleb’s favorite parts of the job is meeting the needs of customers and building strong relationships with them along the way. Outside of work, he enjoys playing sports, spending time outdoors, and being with his family.

Bryce Gaither is a Project Manager/Superintendent that recently started with the company and has 17 years of industrial construction experience. Bryce builds close relationships with crew members, sub-contractors and clients on job sites to obtain quality, safety and an efficient job site. He takes pride in all task at hand and accepts any challenge brought his way. Bryce pays close attention to the safety of all crew members to be sure everyone goes home as they came to work - with safety comes production and quality of work.
In his free time away from work, Bryce enjoys dirt track racing, riding side by sides and motorcycles.



Rebekah Raiteri has been with Mid-South Construction Services since 2022 and works in Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable. She handles invoices, payments, and account records to help keep the company’s day-to-day financial operations running smoothly.
Rebekah enjoys being part of the team and takes pride in staying organized and helping support the company, customers, and vendors. In her free time, she enjoys hanging out with her family, reading, and watching movies.

Jackie Terry serves as Administrative Assistant, bringing a powerhouse of organizational expertise to the team. With two years in her current role and over 15 years of dedicated office management experience, Jackie specializes in fostering seamless client relations and managing essential HR duties. Her deep background in office operations ensures that both our team and our clients receive top tier support every day.
Outside of the office, Jackie is an avid traveler who loves exploring new places with her family and friends. On the weekends, you’ll likely find her on the sidelines, proudly cheering on her grandchildren at their various sporting events.



Stuart White joined Mid-South in February 2023 as our Sales and Customer Relations Manager, bringing industry experience dating back to 1975. He works closely with existing customers to ensure their needs are met while also seeking new opportunities to grow our customer relationships.
Stuart is passionate about encouraging employees as they continue developing their skills. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family and his ten grandchildren.
